- Timeframe: We offer a 60-day return window from the date of invoice, allowing you to assess sales performance and return unsold items within a reasonable period.
- Product Condition: We accept returns for products in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition. Damaged, opened, or unsellable items are not eligible for return or may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Return Initiation: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at (sales@parentsarehuman.com) to initiate a return and we’ll provide detailed return instructions. Include your original order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
- Return Shipping: The retailer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, if items were damaged during shipping or if we shipped incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. Notify our customer service team of any shipping-related issues within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of 15% of the wholesale price will be applied to returned items. Restocking fees may be waived if the return is due to our error.
